Industrial building group Vaughan Constructions completed the design and construction of Shimano Sporting Products new showroom/ administration and warehouse facility.
The building which was designed by design and construct industrial builder Vaughan constructions features a large warehouse portion which has specifically been designed as two fire compartments to delete the requirement for fire sprinkler protection in the facility.
The building administration component is spread over three levels of which one entire level comprises of a showroom for the display of Shimano’s goods to retail buyers.
Industrial building contractor Vaughan Constructions completed the facility within time and budget.
