VALVESONLINE has released a steam solenoid valve with a brass body and PTFE seats. It is suitable for saturated steam up to 10 bar and temperatures to 180°C. It can handle oils up to 200°C and 50 cst.
The steam solenoid valve is available from quarter-inch to half-inch Bsp or flanged from 25mm to 50mm. The valve is available in direct acting quarter-inch to half-inch Bsp and pilot piston from half-inch to two-inch Bsp.
The steam solenoid valve has a pressure die cast body with stainless steel trim. Standard voltage for the valve is 415V, 240V, 110V, 24V ac, 24V, 12V dc. It is also available with a high-wattage, 120°C IP65 coil for pressures up to 20 bar for air and fluid at ambient temperatures. Orifice diameters of 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 35mm and 50mm are available.
Customised high-pressure solenoid valves are available to cope with air and fluid up to 40 bar at ambient temperatures.
