Atomac lined valves


ATOMAC, represented in Australia by Valve Distributors Pty Ltd , is the world's leader in the design and manufacture of corrosion resistant fluoropolymer lined valves.

Atomac valves provide bubble-tight shutoff, low maintenance, no-leak stem seals and the safety assurance of a blowout-proof stem assembly.

The valves’ thick liner is 100% inspected at 20,000 VDC for defects. The liner is made from highly corrosion resistant FEP to 300°F (150°C) or PFA to 400°F (200°C). A variety of metallic and non-metallic ball material options are available.

The valves are designed in accordance with ASME B16.5 Class 150Lb (DIN 2501/PN16) flange dimensions and ASME B16.10 face to face dimensions.

Leak testing of the Atomac valves was conducted according to API 598 or DIN 3230 criteria.
