Magnetic pistons are standard to allow position sensing and the grippers are easy to operate with or without lubrication.
The gripper head is manufactured from hard-anodised aluminium and mechanical fingers are produced from ground steel with chemical blackened coating for corrosion protection, supported by high precision linear bearings.
With holding forces of up to 60kg, these precision grippers are available in bore sizes from 32mm to 63mm and operate between 3 to 7 bar working pressure.
