• A bodyguard bar – providing optimum protection for the operator, preventing them from being thrown out of the forklift in the event of a lateral tip over
• Electronic speed limiting – limits forklift speed to suit site conditions without affecting lift or lower speeds
• Zone speed control – One speed for inside the warehouse, a different speed for outdoors and perhaps a creep speed for working on a dock
• 3 way catalytic converter – reduces harmful emissions by up to a staggering 99%
• Fuel injected engine technology – reduces fuel consumption and emission levels even further
• 3 stage sequential seatbelt interlock – prevents the forklift from being used unless the seatbelt is worn
• Sway control system – Manufactured from compressed torsion rubber (patent pending) which responds to horizontal G forces experienced when turning by locking the rear axle ensuring all 4 wheels maintain firm contact with the road surface enhancing stability
• Mast and tilt lock system – detects when the operator leaves the seat with the engine running and locks the lift and tilt mechanisms preventing accidents from accidentally knocking a control lever
• Park brake warning buzzer – detects when the operator leaves the seat without applying the park brake and sounds a loud warning buzzer. This prevents the forklift from running away and causing damage to stock or injuring work mates
• On board impact and usage reporting system – Operated by a PIN or swipe card, this system records all actions of the forklift including operator ID, impact sensors, engine and traction hours, engine and transmission temperatures etc and remotely reports this to you via email or a web site. Prevents unauthorised use of the forklift
• Low operating noise level of 61.5 dB-a reduces fatigue and makes for a safer work environment
• Tilt levelling system – A simple press of a button brings the forks automatically to the horizontal – a great aid for the unskilled operator
• LPG bottle swing down or swing out bracket - Reduces the strain in lifting the full gas bottle on and off the forklift
• Small tilting steering wheel – reduces shoulder strain through having less turns lock to lock
• Powertrain floating system reduces vibrations which in turn reduces fatigue and the potential for accidents
• ORS (Operator Restraint System) Seat – full suspension and hip-supports provide a secure, comfortable control centre for the operator
• Proximity and pedestrian sensors – Alert the operator when a pedestrian or other forklift is within a predetermined distance
• Transmission interlock – prevents the operator from driving the forklift in a dangerous manner by going from forward to reverse without stopping, also prevents costly transmission repairs
