The ECOGP-series of Portable Heavy Industrial Ultrasonic Units, available from Ultrasonics Eco Cleaning Solutions , comes in two configurations, Standard and Weir.
All standard ECOGP-series Portable Heavy Industrial Ultrasonic Units are fitted with an Immersible Ultrasonic Transducer Pack, which is fitted to the bottom of the tank, and powered by a separate generator, which needs to be located in a dry location, i.e. under the bench or on a shelf above the machine.
The Transducer packs and generators come in three sizes, 600W, 1200W and 1500W output power configuration, and three frequencies – 40kHz, 68kHz and 110kHz.
All ECOGP-series models include digitally controlled heaters, digital timer, heating status light and a low level warning light as standard. An ECOGP-series unit can be made to a customer’s exact requirements.
The Weir option includes a pump and filtration system and return water manifold with a series of small holes along the front of the tank, which delivers the just filtered solution back into the tank.
The Weir option also includes a control module with a Twin Digital Timer, a Pump On/Off and Ultrasonics On/Off switches. The Weir option increases the tank dimensions by 125mm front/back.
