Weighbridge load cells
UltraHawke Scales and Systems fitted weighbridge load cells to the aging lever style weighbridge for the City of Whitehorse recently to eliminate ongoing servicing charges associated with the weighbridge’s well used knife-edges and bearings.

The confined space under the weighbridge was cleaned prior to the weighbridge loadcells being installed and the entire weighbridge upgrade took 4 men, 2 days to complete.

The existing weighbridge levers and bearers were cut by oxy torch and removed through the pit neck.

Flintec RC3 stainless steel weighbridge load cells with non-conductive load cell cups to minimise potential damage by lightning strikes and electrical surges.
