UltraMOIST On Line Microwave Moisture Monitor
The low cost ultraMOIST On Line Microwave Moisture Measurement System now allows the accurate control of process moisture in realtime hence allowing proactive process control actions. The information can be used in a number of ways including:     
  • Automatic water addition control
  • Wet material diverter gate operations
  • Feed back control to a dryer circuit
  • Feed forward control to a dryer circuit
  • Feed forward/back control to spray bars for dust control
  • Quality control monitoring and control
  • Product moisture
  • Metallurgical balance calculation

The microwave moisture technique is suited to a wide range of materials including; coal, hops, iron ore, wood flake, bauxite, sugar, bagasse, sand, gold ore, copper ore, foods, chemicals, etc.
