THE latest addition to the UV Pacific range of benchtop coordinated robots is the IJ8000 unit, featuring dual worktables with two parallel X axis.
Designed for liquid dispensing operations, the robot will dispense with the Y and Z axes on one of the X axis while the other is being loaded.
Once the dispensing operation is complete the action switches to the second X axis while the first X axis is unloaded and reloaded. This greatly increases the productivity of the robot with no time lost due to the loading time.
All axes are driven by servo motors and have ball screw motion systems. The table and Z axis systems have adequate load capacity for normal dispensing operations.
The robot is programmed with a menu-driven TEACH pendant system that is simple to use. The controller will store a large number of programs and has multiple I/O connections and an RS232 external interface.
UV Pacific can handle integration of this robot with complete dispensing and work piece loading systems if required. This can include material reservoirs or pumps, dispense valves and pneumatic controllers.
UV Pacific can also supply guarding systems to meet industry standards.
