Double Coin has been selected as the standard tyre supplier to Landoll Corporation’s Transportation Products Division for their line of trailers.
Jim Ladner, Landoll’s Transportation Products Sales Manager explains that Landoll was convinced of the overall quality of Double Coin’s 10R17.5 tyres within a short period of time.
Walt Weller, CMA Vice President said the company was gratified that Landoll and their customers recognised the quality and value represented by Double Coin tyres.
The confidence of Landoll customers in Double Coin trailer tyres was an instrumental part of Landoll’s decision to use the brand for OE. Customer feedback reported improved performance and less downtime from Double Coin tyres.
With many Landoll customers hauling heavier loads over longer distances, Double Coin’s wide range of tyre sizes for different capacities allows more flexibility to match the right tyre with the application.
Tyres4U is the Australian importer and distributor for Double Coin tyres. Dean Ward, National Sales Manager for Truck Tyres at Tyres4U comments that the decision by Landoll to select Double Coin tyres as OE is further proof of the brand’s performance and cost effectiveness.
Together with a market-leading warranty and the support of Tyres4U TEN-24 emergency tyre network, which provides rapid replacement support and services including free tyre replacement, Double Coin emerges a clear winner.
Landoll customers have been using Double Coin 255/70R22.5 tyres on their removable goose-neck trailers according to the CMA statement, and the 10R17.5 tyres have recently been replaced with 235/75R17.5 tyres for higher capacity. CMA said standard tyres for Landoll’s trailer models include RT500s in a range of sizes, suited to varying applications.
