Turck Australia has announced a new direct sales structure within the company, adopted to meet the demand for more comprehensive technical service and support requirements in a growing factory and process automation industry.
The new direct sales structure shows Turck Australia's commitment to providing locally stocked inventory and immediate service with a more aggressive pricing arrangement for their sensing, connectivity and network I/O solutions.
Turck Australia is now positioned to offer enhanced levels of support and increased customer satisfaction for applications requiring a broad and detailed knowledge base and technical focus.
“Over the past 20 years, Turck solutions have become essential to the expanding Australian automation community,” says Cameron Dwyer, Managing Director of TURCK Australia.
“Our new direct sales structure greatly enhances our ability to provide the very best global technical support at an affordable price, while improving local customer service and off-the-shelf product availability,” he adds.
Established in 2007 to provide a local presence in the factory and process automation market, Turck Australia's new direct sales structure will expand installations utilising the company's diverse range of more than 15.000 sensor, fieldbus, interface, connectivity and network I/O products.
The addition of a direct sales structure allows Turck Australia to deliver improved value to the customer with pre- and post-sales support, with each service professional providing increased knowledge and focus on TURCK’s specific brands and products.
