Turbo Engineering provides diesel diagnostics services. Under diesel diagnostics service, Turbo Engineering performs many services which include load simulation, wind drag simulation, stop/start accelerations from standing start to wide open throttle conditions, 4WD ABS brake testing and diagnostics with readout for each wheel, vibration testing, drive train balancing and noise testing, drive shaft and wheel bearing fault diagnostics, smoke testing and rectification of excessive exhaust emissions.
Turbo Engineering also performs dynamometer testing services which further comprises of many standalone services. In dynamometer, the engine and drain train are inspected for faults and applicable components are then cleaned and degreased, fluid and coolant levels are checked, vehicle is positioned on 4 wheel rollers and secured in place with cooling fans.
Under dynamometer testing services, Turbo Engineering's technicians connect the scanner equipment to the engine and evaluate various specifications which include fuel pressure, fuel flow, boost pressure vacuum, exhaust back pressure, dynamic injection timing, ignition timing and so on.
Apart from performing dynamometer testing services, Turbo Engineering technicians carry out other services such as repairing, tuning and modification according to the requirements.
