Tronics presents the Videojet 6210 Thermal Transfer Overprint, an ideal printing system for users ready to migrate from a non-digital solution, such as hot stamp and roller coders, to a digital application.
The Videojet 6120 offers 300 dpi images on a wide range of flexible packaging materials, including applications in snack food, bakery, confectionery, frozen and refrigerated foods, bagged fresh vegetables and dried fruits markets.
The thermal transfer printers feature an internal clock function that provides online printing of variable and real-time data, such as best by date, time, batch and lot codes, shift code and production line ID.
The Videojet 6210 printers also feature a clutchless ribbon drive with ribbon tension consistently maintained to help eliminate ribbon-related downtime. Unlike hot stamp or other competitive TTO equipment, a 600 metre ribbon length capacity requires less frequent ribbon changes. The bi-directional ribbon drive also allows unused ribbon to be recaptured after each print in order to help offer more prints per roll.
The Videojet 6210 Thermal Transfer Overprint printers, available from Tronics, offer an easy to learn, graphical user interface with icon-based controls and a WYSIWYG image display to help reduce set up errors.
