TRONICS will demonstrate a new range of Alltec laser machinery from Videojet. The Allprint Smart S provides permanent, durable codes at the highest marking speeds in its class.
The unique design, as well as the extensive network capabilities, makes this printer ideal for integration into high speed bottle labeling applications.
The Alltec laser systems engrave complete moulds, mould inserts, dies and stamps and EDM copper and graphite electrodes with alphanumeric information. This includes product identification, company name, date code, logos, graphics and symbols, artwork, decorations and textures as well as functional structures such as fixtures and holders.
The Videojet 46s small character ink jet printer provides the highest reliability and most reduced running costs available from an airless printer. The unit features four-line printing for maximum flexibility, single-line print speed up to 5.4m/s and push button stop/start with automatic printhead flushing.
Suitable for the food and beverage industries the Videojet range includes small and large character ink jet printers and laser products for product identification and traceability, and laser products for permanent decoration.
The Marsh 320Si Large Character Ink Jet Printer combines increased throw distance and precision drop placement with higher speeds to deliver reliable coding and printing solutions for a wide variety of industrial applications. The system features an advanced touch-screen graphical user interface and a modular and scalable hardware/software design for maximum flexibility.
Tronics will also feature the Dataflex Thermal Transfer Overprinters for printing product information and decoration directly onto printed label stock or flexible packaging material such as confectionary bags and coffee bags.
Tronics is at stand 816 in the MATEX Pavilion at National Manufacturing Week 2005, in Melbourne, May 10-13.
