Boring and lathe work services from Trepanning Specialties
Trepanning Specialties offers gun drilling, boring, lathe work, production automatic saw cutting services. Gundrilling is also done by Trepanning Specialties. 0.375 diameter holes can be gundrilled. Large diameter boring equipment is provided. The outer diameter of the boring is 36 inch and inner diameter is 35 inch. Trepanning Specialties offers BTA high speed drilling services using 3-inch diameter drill and it is 6 inch in length and comes with 36-inch chuck capacity.
High production automatic saw cutting services are also provided by Trepanning Specialties. High production automatic saw cutting is ideal for solid bars and it is used for trepanning titanium tube. Trepanning Specialties provides lathes that are used for forged titanium bars after turning operation. The lathes used are 20 inch in length and comes with 36-inch chuck capacity. It helps in forging titanium bars and maching pipes from solid bars.
Trepanning Specialties provides in house facility to gundrill and trepan materials such as titanium, stainless steel and non-metallic materials including plastics and wood. Trepanning Specialties is equipped with materials that are used in carrying out machining works varying from honing to O.D work.
