Translogix Systems have announced their merger with Advanta Software, Information Technology solutions providers to the Logistics and Third Party Logistics (3PL) and fuel distribution marketplace. The merged company will be the largest 3PL, transport and logistics solutions provider in Australia, with offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Auckland. TransLogix Systems will continue to provide solutions for compliance issues in the supply chain such as the new fatigue regulations.
According to Advanta Software, the merger will generate synergies and benefit clients and staff alike. TransLogix Systems believe that the merger will benefit clients, who will now have a broad range of products with a higher level of functionality to choose from. TransLogix Systems will offer end to end solutions and their investment in research and development will reduce the lead time for new products and improve efficiency and ROI for customers.
