The Jalaska rigger boot features a soft and patented AP23 leather upper, 10-15% thicker than most other safety footwear styles, which offers class leading resistance to water, oil, fuel, hydrocarbons and abrasion.
With a low density polyurethane Softane sole, the Jalaska rigger boot offers a lightweight workboot with flexibility, whilst providing optimal shock and vibration absorption.
To increase the workboot's adherence to slippery surfaces, the sole pattern is especially designed to channel away fluids and encourage self-cleaning, thus providing more contact and grip. The sole, like the upper, is also resistant to abrasion, hydrocarbons, fuel, oils and grease.
The Jalaska figger boot also features the patented Aerfort perforated steel toe cap, combined with an anti-perforation steel midsole. The Jalaska is certified to Australian standards AS/NZ 2210.3.
These Jalaska rigger boots have not gained their reputation in the industry solely based on their performance, comfort is also an important feature. A non-woven fabric lining in the boot combined with the Comfort-Tech anatomic and anti-bacterial footbed, ensure increased comfort for the wearer.
The Jalaska rigger boot is suitable for the harshest Australian work environments, on or offshore and is available in sizes 36-47 Euro (3-12 UK).
