Pneumo-mechanic drive TOX-KraftKurver

Power that follows the curve - is the slogan for the family of pneumo-mechanic drives TOX-KraftKurver, available from Tox Pressotechnik .

Here the mechanical advantage of the curve and the pneumatic driving cylinder has been combined in an ideal way.

The compact and ingeniously simple mechanical construction incorporating the patented curve system produces with the help of the pneumatic cylinder, precise press forces ranging from 20 to 90kN.

But the curve offers the advantage to open and close the press head by 90° offering free access for the loading or unloading of one or more parts.

The simplified loading/unloading reduces the non productive time during production and assembly, leading to increased productivity.
