Tokentools has unveiled three new welding machines to compliment its welding product range. The Miniarc142, TIG160P and the TIG200P are inverter welders, designed to service the professional welding market.
The entry level machine, Miniarc142 is a Stick/MMA welder, utilising a robust IGBT transistor inverter core. Weighing a mere 5.5 Kilograms, the machine has a maximum output of 125 Amps. In built arc force and anti stick circuitry, coupled with the pure DC welding current ensure the machine is well placed for site work.
The TIG160P and TIG200P are both DC inverter TIG welders, bringing to the market features not normally found in machines priced below $1000. High Frequency Arc initiation, automatic gas solenoid control and pulse welding are all standard. Trigger latching for operator comfort and a digital welding amperage display feature on all Tokentools TIGs, and the inverter cores are built using robust IGBT transistors.
Key features of the pulse welding cycle include independent peak and base amps adjustment, adjustable frequency control and adjustable pulse duty cycle. Both machines weigh 10 and 13 kilograms respectively, so are suited to site and workshop use.
The entire range of Tokentools inverter welders are generator friendly, and have large capacity fans to keep them cool in tough environment.
