The Timbercrete masonry surfaces from Timbercrete Hunter Valley have been made from a substantial amount of wood waste which enable them to lock up carbon that would otherwise be released into the atmosphere.
These masonry pavers are 1/3 lighter that concrete pavers and can be handled by just one person. Being lighter also saves money on freight and contributes in saving the environment because of the reduced amount of carbon emission when being transported.
Although Timbercrete masonry surfaces are made from woodwaste, they are not affected by termites nor do they rot. The longevity of Timbercrete is similar to any other masonry pavers. Timbercrete surfaces are 20 degrees cooler than concrete or clay pavers even on a 40 degree day.
Made in Australia with sustainable Australian ingredients, Timbercreet masonry surfaces can also be made to order to suit many sizes and colours.
