Thermon present the HH Hopper Heating Module, a high performance heater designed for operation on surfaces prone to vibration.
The rugged, self-contained reliable heater is designed to provide heat output up to 4650 watts per square metre, distributing heat evenly over the panel surface.
The HH heating module has multiple flow paths for electrical currents to pass due to its parallel circuit design based on a stamped high temperature INCONEL heating element. This removes the potential for burnout associated with series wire-based designs.
The heating element is protected from vibration via a cushion layer of insulation that concurrently directs heat flow from the module to the target surface.
Mechanics are protected during handling, installation and operation by a tough .9mm thick aluminised steel sheel while the integrity and performance of the heating module is unaffected by weld splatter, rust or oil.
Thermon engineers each unit based on the heating requirements of the application to ensure optimal performance and installation is easy due to the heating module’s low profile.
