Description of the basic unit:
Stand alone or system integrated unit designed for printing and applying labels on outer faces of cartons and boxes. Application suitable for product speeds from as little as 1 meter per minute up to 60 meters per minute. Carton weights from as little as 3 kilograms with no upper weight limit.

Basic Features:
-  Printing speeds from 75 mm to 250 mm per second.
-  Label size from 30 mm length and 30 mm wide up to 350 mm length and 160mm wide. 
-   Printing of fixed and or variable data.
-   Printing operator input fields and or data fields connected directly to the local RS232 port.
-   Printing combined information into Barcodes and or into multi-fields.
-   Direct thermal transfer printing or thermal transfer ribbon printing.
-   Image design software or manual image creation via PR1 Handset.
-   Thermal Printhead – 300 dpi with 106 mm print width

Electronics:
This unit is equipped with the latest generation microprocessor. Allowing control of functions and management of external trigger signals and local process controller.  

On-board memory storage of 100 predefined product formats.

PR1 – Display Handset:
The PR1 display handset unit allows operator interface if the system is working in stand alone mode. The PR1 also allows for technical setup and interfacing with peripheral devices. The display is four lines, the keyboard has multifunction key pad allowing both alpha and numeric input for programming.
