DCI-50 IN-LINE CHECKWEIGHER and CHECKWEIGHER V-2000
This dedicated stand alone unit is used for the final verification of packages containing multiple product units within. Ideal for use with cases, kits, boxes, compacts, trays, bottles, cartridges, etc., running in a normal continuous and un-attended production.
Basic Features:
The carbon steel frame is protected with polyurethane paint. All pieces external to the frame are protected with an electrochemical treatment.
It is manufactured in 3 height options, 500 ~ 700mm, 650 ~ 850 mm and from 800mm ~ 1000 mm fully adjustable within each height range.
Belt conveyor 1000 x 450mm, comes equipped with one 3-phase motor with IP-54 protection. The transmission assy is comprised of a carbon steel roller Chain gear assembly. The production rate is up to 40 Units /Minute. Suitable for carton widths of 600mm length and 450mm width maximum. Highly Robust in design and construction to meet the toughest production environments.
CHECKWEIGHER V-2000
Description of the basic unit
An in-line continuous weight verification and control system high, specifically designed to verify and control 100 percent of the products manufactured on the production. The system is able to detect and then point out, mark and/or reject all of the products that are not in compliance with the specific preset standard formats that have been established for each product.
Whenever the process lends itself to, and the option is chosen, the unit can send feedback information upstream to the active production process. This allows direct real-time control of the device that makes, cuts, fills, injects, packages, etc., the product. The weight can be controlled proactively according to the needs of the moment. This allows the operator to improve the quality of the finished product, substantially reduce product “giveaway”, save costs on product and raw materials, as well as expeditiously recuperate the price of the investment.
Basic Features:
The unit is constructed in F-314 stainless steel, and comes with an anti-vibration base and +/- 25mm height adjustments. The normal operating height is fully adjustable from 600mm to 1,200mm. Although the height is very easy to adjust, Varpe recommends that the unit be constructed according to the actual working height of the production line. The unit is designed to incorporate and integrate a wide dimensional range of conveyors with sizes up to and including 300mm useable width.
