The PCB Company will showcase their new aluminium Al-Core printed circuit board (PCB) during National Manufacturing Week 2009 at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre. The AL-Core PCB is a double-sided or multi-layer board with an aluminium core. As such, any existing PCB design can be easily converted to AL-Core with minimal changes. AL-Core allows through-hole plating, eliminating the limitations of traditional aluminium-backed PCBs.

Experienced staff from The PCB Company will be on hand at National Manufacturing Week to discuss visitors’ needs in the following areas:

Traditional, flexible, rigid-flex, full military spec or aluminium PCBs
Solder paste stencils
Membrane switches
Polycarbonate/polyester labels
Enclosures
Full electronic design service
