A thermally conductive, double-sided printed circuit board with an aluminium core will spearhead the release of an expanded product range from The PCB Company on stand 2010 during National Manufacturing Week at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre from May 27 to 30.
The Al-Core board can have components mounted on both sides, making it “a perfect complement to our hugely successful Al-Back product but without its limitations”, company representative, Robert Coloni, said.
Existing PCB designs could be easily converted to AL-Core with minimal changes, he said.
Other new products The PCB Company will exhibit will include: full military specification PCBs, flexible PCBs, rigid-flex PCBs, solder paste stencils, membrane switches, polycarbonate labels and enclosures. A full design service is also available.
As well as exhibiting at NMW 08, The PCB Company is supporting its new products and services with an updated.
