Testo has released the 205 handheld pH-measuring instrument. It is suitable for meat-processing applications, for example incoming goods inspecting, upon dismantling or during sausage maturing.
The probe avoids broken glass and incorporations a large volume of the gel-reference electrodes to guarantee a long service life. The hole diaphragm ensures that the probe is not contaminated and is easy to clean within seconds.
The pH-probes can be easily and quickly calibrated to one, two or three points (pH-values 4/7/10). The illuminated display is easy to read.
Users can measure pH and temperature simultaneously with the pH-penetration tip and temperature probe. Temperature compensation and recognition of the final value are done automatically.
The storage gel cartridge prevents the drying of the pH electrode without spillage. The pH buffer bottles with dosing cap prevents the buffer solution from getting soiled. The instrument is waterproof and rated IP 65.
