TESTO 110 is a highly accurate, universal temperature measuring instrument, suitable for the food sector, laboratories and the refrigeration sector through the robust protecting cover TopSafe. It is available from Testo Pty Ltd.

In order that monitored values can be documented, testo 110 provides printing of the local temperature data (with date and time). This function is particularly important when receiving goods, since both supplier and recipient are provided with a record of the temperature data. If high or low limit values are exceeded (HACCP), the instrument immediately sounds an acoustic alarm.
For measurements made in surroundings with bad light conditions, the display is back-lit. Minimum and maximum values can be easily accessed in the two-line display.
The Auto-Hold function is unusual as it recognises a stable end value and automatically fixes it in the display. The length of time in which a temperature value must remain stable is adjustable.
Hygiene and cleanliness are deciding factors in the food sector. The water-proof, indestructible protecting cover ‘TopSafe’ fits over the instrument and protects it from dirt, knocks and water.
This all-round protection reliably stops food particles from becoming lodged in gaps in the housing, as is unavoidable with normal instruments.
Due to the special materials used, TopSafe can be cleaned in the dishwasher, therefore hygiene is ensured.
