Test and Tag Supplies have announced their commitment to ongoing education in the electrical Test and Tag field has been expanded to offer training courses in Melbourne. The fully accredited Test and Tag training course is offered through a partnership with Test and Tag Supplies and RMF Consulting Services.
The Electrical Testing and Tagging Courses are run each month and are located at the RMF Consulting Services training suites in Melbourne’s east. The one day course provides the skills and knowledge required to inspect electrical appliances, leads and equipment and how to use the relevant Standards. Through practical hands-on experience, participants will develop skills to competently test and tag and will learn to select and apply testing devices used in inspection of portable electrical equipment.
The course module includes OH&S, standards, basic electrical theory, multimeter, voltage values as well as residual current devices, surge arrestor/flexible cords and cables, pin configuration and colour coding. Plug, sockets and power boards are also covered. In addition to this Test and Tag training course, Test and Tag Supplies can provide the Test and Tag equipment needed to get started.
