PatBuddy software

Test and Tag Supplies have enhanced their PatBuddy software. PatBuddy software is a recording solution for users of non-logging appliance testers. It allows users to record appliance data without investing in a recording appliance test system and complex software. PatBuddy software was formerly offered with a stand alone PDA (Personal Digital Assistant). Test and Tag Supplies now offer the PatBuddy software that has compatibility with the Palm Centro mobile phone.

PATBuddy software provides a solution for:

Testing appliances on the move
Recording results to the hand-held device
Download of results to a PC for report production
Upload of asset details for retest

With this software, test results can be viewed on appliances located by the previous location. PatBuddy software is now available with the Palm Centro Smartphone. Patbuddy software operates on the device and can store test data electronically, along with telephone, SMS and Internet capabilities. This allows the transfer of data from remote sites to the centralised database for report production.
