Tennant has announced the appointment of Chris Collier as its new National Service & Customer Service Manager for Australia & New Zealand.

Chris brings much management and technical expertise, especially in the material handling environment, to his new role at Tennant. Chris will oversee the customer care centre and takes on complete responsibility for the provision of service, both direct and through partners, to Tennant’s customers throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Prior to joining Tennant, Chris has held positions at Linde Forklifts, BT Lift Trucks and MLA Holdings (Mitsubishi Forklifts). Chris, an automotive trade qualified professional, has previously managed large teams of field service technicians and has proved himself with significant growth of past service and rental operations.
Through his career Chris has been responsible for management of field service, including provision of service through a network of remote service providers, the management of large rental fleets and workshop and spare parts department.
Chris also has experience in the sales field, having managed a sales team in one of his previous roles and also being directly involved in key account management of large accounts in the material handling industry.
Mr Compagnoni says, “We will look to Chris to drive our service and aftermarket business throughout Australia.”
