FoodPro preview: Temperature Technology


TEMPERATURE Technology will display at FoodPro a newly developed hand held reader for data loggers.

These small and versatile data loggers may be checked for alarms and the files downloaded just by touching them with the new reader.

The reader cannot interfere with the logging, so the logger may be read safely at each control point of a journey, or daily or weekly in a cool room.

If an alarm has been triggered, the display also shows the alarm setpoint.
