A range of Temperature Controls for Commercial and Industrial Applications

Thermocouples and RTD Sensors
Temperature Controls manufacture a complete range of Thermocouple and RTD Sensors for commercial and industrial applications. The range includes:

TYPE K and TYPE J
TYPE N and TYPE T
TYPE R and Type B Platinum Thermocouples

The RTD Sensors are available in PT 100, PT 500 and PT 1000 ohm configurations to suit all controller inputs.

If the application requires a 4 20mA signal, the INOR range of Signal Conditioners and Transmitters can be programmed to provide the analogue or digital signal required with HART Protocol available on higher specification units.

In 2006 Temperature Controls became the first Australian manufacturer to have Thermocouples and RTD Sensors, IECEx approved for use in Hazardous Areas Ex D Flameproof and Ex E Increased Safety.

Thermocouple Cable and Connectors
Temperature Controls have in stock a comprehensive range of Thermocouple extension and compensating cables to enable the wiring of sensors to controllers and temperature indicators. The insulations include:

PVC and Teflon
Fibreglass Stainless Steel Overbraid
Ceramic Fibre and Served Wire Armour SWA for Hazardous Areas

Thermowells from Temperature Controls
Temperature Controls have Gundrilling and CNC Machining capabilities to produce Screw in, Weld in and Flanged Thermowells in barstock constructions. All of these Thermowells are available in many grades of:

Stainless Steel and Chrome Moly
Duplex Stainless Steel and Inconel
Hastelloy, Monel and Titanium Alloys

Controllers by Temperature Controls
Temperature Controls stock and support the Shinko and Finetek ranges of Temperature Controllers. These controllers feature PID Control and Ramp and Soak programming functions. The controllers come in all the standard Din panel mount sizes as well as DIN rail mount models. Isotech Calibrators, CAHO and the Ignition Flame Rod are also in Temperature Controls' range.
