Designed around an industry standard 100mm diameter stainless steel case providing IP65 protection, the DPT range is battery powered and has a large 13mm high LCD display making it ideally suited for remote indication of temperature on process lines in dairy, chemical and food plants.
The DPT digital thermometers accept 3 wire PT 100ohm RTD sensors allowing cable distances of up to 250 metres between the sensor and the display whilst maintaining accuracy. The DPT indicator may be mounted directly to a RTD sensor or be surface mounted allowing it to be used with hand held probes. No external power supply is required as the DPT indicator uses 2 x AA batteries giving a minimum of 3 years life.
