Cleaning equipment specialist Tecpro Australia will be showcasing their comprehensive range of rotating tank cleaning heads, stainless steel hose reels, cleaning guns, spray nozzles and accessories at Foodpro 2011, Australasia’s pre-eminent trade event for the food and beverage processing industry.
Established in 1982 to assist clients with technical problems relating to spray nozzles, and hydraulic and pneumatic systems, Tecpro offers a diverse product range catering to different needs of industry.
On display at this year’s Foodpro food processing exhibition are the Breconcherry Turbo SSB tank cleaning heads featuring a unique design that eliminates ball bearings, and maintains a consistent jet peripheral velocity for improved cleaning efficiency, hygiene and durability.
The Turbo SSB functions with a hydraulic bearing system that eliminates the need for ball bearings, greatly reducing wear and preventing the likelihood of contamination associated with bearing degradation.
The Ramex range of high quality, European-constructed stainless steel hose reels available exclusively from Tecpro will also be on show at the food exhibition. Ramex retractable, manual rewind and motor rewind reels ensure excellent performance, durability and hygiene for any work site.
Tecpro will also showcase the new, brightly coloured RED version of the popular ergonomic wash-down guns. Previously available only in blue, the new RED design greatly enhances OH&S by acting as a visual warning to workers that a particular wash down hose is carrying hot water.
Completing the Tecpro line-up is the new RB35, a plastic, lightweight version of the popular RB65 ergonomic gun. Featuring the same robust, shock-resistant design as the RB65, the new RB35 is lighter at 440gm and combined with its advanced ergonomic design, is easier for cleaning staff to operate for longer periods without fatigue. The plastic construction is also not affected by caustic substances or chemicals in the cleaning water.
Tecpro serves clients throughout Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Singapore and the Middle East.
Organised by Diversified Exhibitions Australia, Foodpro 2011 will be held at the Sydney Convention & Exhibition Centre, Darling Harbour from Sunday 10 July to Wednesday 13 July.
