TECHNICAL and Scientific Equipment has released a new series of the Almemo handheld digital instruments and loggers.
The instruments operate with any analogue sensor or transducer. Each instrument includes a four-digit display, plus channel number, and two-digit engineering unit.
Sensor calibration and other details are saved in the connector supplied with each instrument. This feature enables the 2390 to automatically identify the individual sensor connected, and display the correct data for the channel chosen by the user. The minimum number of channels is two, enabling two single or one dual output sensor to be connected. Up to six channels are available.
A range of options is available, including digital and analogue output signals, peak and valley hold, internal math capability, and internal and external triggers. A choice of internal memory capacities is also available, up to 256kb for data acquisition and later download to a PC.
