Technical Projects to exhibit cleaning heads at 2008 Foodpro Exhibition

Tornado

Technical Projects  is exhibiting a tank at stand 5138 in 2008 Foodpro Exhibition. The clear plastic sides of the tank make it possible for people to see the cleaning action of the various heads that are on display.

They will be able to select a cleaning head, and watch it operate at close range and clearly see the cleaning pattern.

Normally, the cleaning heads are installed in stainless steel tanks and the only way to see them operating is from above, through an opening.

Technical Projects will be displaying cleaning heads from Breconcherry, PNR and PA. So there will be a head to suit several vessel sizes and several applications.

Tornado is the new and powerful cleaning head from the Breconcherry range and will be on display at Foodpro.

The Tornado has a quick wash cycle and will reduce the production down time for cleaning thus reducing the amount of water and chemicals used. The cost savings on cleaning could be substantial.

The design is simple with the unit consisting of just 48 parts in total. Therefore the Tornado can be easily dismantled and rebuilt meaning that any maintenance can be done in house cheaply.
