PNR Cay Range of Nozzles

Gas Equipment
Gas scrubbing, gas cooling and fire suppression are applications that require the maximum water surface area possible exposed to the air or gas. This requires the water to be broken up into a mass of fine droplets.
Cay Spray Nozzles
The Cay multi orifice nozzles produce a finer spray than a standard full cone single orifice nozzle working at the same pressure and delivering the same quantity of liquid. The fine droplets are produced using only hydraulic pressure.

Their full cone spray pattern results from the interaction of several hollow cone sprays. The design of the Cay nozzle body produces a wide angle spray of 130 degrees.

Features of the Cay Industrial Spray Nozzles
  • The connection size ranges from ½” BSP up to 2” BSP with flow rates from 2.8 litres/minute to 895 litres/minute at 10 bar pressure.
  • They are supplied in 303 and 316 grade Stainless Steel, Brass, or Nickel Plated Brass for fire suppression applications where, because of their location, the nozzles will be visible to the public and aesthetics is important.
