The new presenter from mobile peripherals specialist Targus Australia includes a voice recorder with SD card slot (SD card not included) to store not only voice memos but can also be used to store and transport presentations and other files. The presenter incorporates an SD card reader so that voice messages as well as presentations, images, media or other files can be quickly and simply transferred to any PC/notebook.
Intended for the growing number of mobile professionals who have to frequently deliver PowerPoint or other presentations, the Voice Recording Presenter allows maximum eye contact and interaction with the audience. Putting volume control, scroll-wheel, dark-screen button and application switch at the presenter’s finger-tips, the device also features a laser pointer. The voice recording function allows the presenter to conveniently record follow-up notes or question during the presentation for later action.
Using well-proven 2.4GHz wireless technology, the controller can govern a PowerPoint show from up to 15 metres (50 feet) away, allowing the user flexibility to move around the room while presenting.
The 53 gram Voice Recording Presenter comes complete with USB receiver (stored inside the device), USB data transfer cable, two AAA batteries and carrying pouch.
For operation, the presenter requires Windows XP/2000 and a free USB port. An SD memory card is necessary for voice recording, but not for presentation control.
