TARGUS has released the Rolling Notebook Backpack, combining the best aspects of a rolling case with the carrying capacity of a notebook backpack. It is suitable for road and air travellers.
At first glance the new roller looks like a conventional backpack. As well as the normal shoulder straps, it is also equipped with inline skate wheels and a two-tier telescopic handle. A protective rear flap houses the straps when the case is being used as a roller, and the same flap can be lowered to cover the wheels for greater comfort when in backpack mode. A padded handle and shoulder straps along with a handle grip on the base allow easy handling and lifting.
A padded, removable slip case caters for notebooks with up to 15.4-inch screens. A lined top front pocket is designed for an iPod/MP3 player, PDA or sunglasses and the bag has bottom front pocket with holders. The main compartment has plenty of file and accessory storage along with a mesh water-bottle holder. It is constructed mainly of heavy-duty polypropylene with a waterproof PVC material around the base. It has a lifetime warranty.
