Tadano Oceania Pty Ltd conducted a very successful customer Open Day in Perth in conjunction with CTE, the authorised Tadano service and parts agent in WA.
Attracting customers from throughout WA, the event featured some of the latest and most popular models of Tadano cranes relevant to the WA market in addition to showcasing the spare parts and service facility in Perth.
Tadano’s Open Day featured an impressive array of cranes including the imposing 220-tonne all terrain cranes (ATF220G-5), 65-tonne all terrain cranes (ATF65G) and several 70-tonne rough terrain cranes (GR-700EX).
The Open Day had Tadano Oceania MD, Futoshi Kimura, Sales Manager David ‘Chalky’ White and WA Sales Manager Peter Lawgall in attendance. The team was further supported by Anthony Grosser and his CTE team of technical specialists throughout the event.
The support staff also included two Tadano engineers who travelled from Japan and Germany to provide factory advice and assistance.
According to Kimura, the WA market is vitally important for Tadano and the Open Day gave the team an opportunity to build relationships with current and prospective customers.
He added that the Open Day demonstrated Tadano’s absolute commitment to the Australian market.
