TRIO Test & Measurement announces a new range of basic AC power sources from Agilent Technologies Inc.
Designed to deliver stable, reliable power for testing electronic devices during design and manufacturing, the new Agilent AC6800 Series consists of four models from 500 to 4000 VA output power, all incorporating the quality and capability required for basic testing.
A basic AC power source is sought by electronic device designers and manufacturers for simple test applications to simulate outlet power or global AC power conditions. A key requirement is to make sure their AC-powered products operate properly during voltage fluctuations, extreme inrush current and transient spikes, which can be expected during normal use.
Agilent’s AC6800 Series basic power sources are ideal for powering devices under test in these situations. The LXI Core interface provided as standard enables engineers to set up and control the power supplies remotely via a standard web interface.
Key features of Agilent’s AC6800 Series basic AC power sources include an intuitive user interface that allows simple access and viewing of setup and measurement information directly from the front panel or programmatically via SCPI commands; LAN/LXI Core and USB interfaces provided as standard; optional GPIB interface; and three-year warranty and global support from Agilent.
