LoPro, from T.E.A. Transmissions , is an actuated linear motion system, based on DualVee guide wheel technology for smooth and quiet motion.
There are four sizes available that can be supplied in belt, lead screw, ball screw and chain driven configurations, as well as un-driven track plate assemblies.
The patented 90° DualVee design creates a velocity gradient, resulting in a constant sweeping action that cleans debris from the track making this system ideal for a wide array of applications, from clean room to the sawmill.
To add to the reliable performance in harsh environments all components are available in corrosion resistant materials upon request. Belt driven systems feature AT style reinforced polyurethane belting and are ideal for long lengths and high speeds.
Belt adjustment has been made easy with access by a tension adjustment screw on the back plate of the idler end. Chain driven systems are available with standard and corrosion resistant ANSI roller chain.
This unit is ideal for vertical hoisting and large load actuation over long lengths. The chain tension adjustment is of similar design as the belt driven unit with the tension adjustment screw on the back plate of the idler end.
Lead Screw driven systems are available in either metric or inch leads and feature standard or anti-backlash nuts. Lead accuracies to 177µm/300mm are achievable with repeatability within 0.01mm.
Metric Ball Screw driven systems have lead accuracies to 100µm/300mm with repeatability within 0.07mm or better depending on the size of lead.
All the above configurations are available standard either beam mounted with aluminium or steel beams or un-mounted and are supplied ready for installation with a choice of a basic or wiper wheel plate assembly.
Other add on components include motor mount kits for NEMA or IEC motors and gantry brackets to form a complete LoPro gantry system.
