Syspro further expands customer and reseller base

ERP software vendor, Syspro Software , has acquired the entire customer base of its largest reseller partner, Seven Rivers Australia. The new arrangements will formally commence from 21 November, 2005.

The acquisition is part of the company’s expansion initiatives, Syspro - Asia Pacific general manager, Shaun Butler, said. The company also recently has signed new partnerships with reseller Team Computing (servicing distribution and light manufacturing enterprises in Sydney and Melbourne) and the Singapore-based ERP distributor, AIT.

The expansion of the Syspro network is being paced to allow new partners to be thoroughly trained in Syspro’s implementation methodology, Butler noted.

“Effective software implementation by our resellers means faster ROI for a client as well as helping customers streamline their businesses for greater operational efficiency,” he said. “Having a quality reseller network which is well-trained in managing structured implementations means that customers can maximise the utilisation of their Syspro software.”

Butler further noted that reseller knowledge and experience was particularly important to Syspro as the company was continuously releasing innovative products for its mid-market customers.
