Sykes HH220i, 200mm (8β) High Head auto-prime pump offers discharge heads to 138m and flows of up to 282 l/second. Perfect for open cut mining the HH220i comes complete with oil lubricated bearings, stainless steel internals, SG Iron pump housing and Inpro/Seal bearing isolators as standard.
With high suction lift and good flow capacity the HH220i is suitable for high capacity mine dewatering duties as well as a variety of water transfer applications in open cut mines. With solids handling to 55mm the pump can be used for pumping sludge and solids laden liquids.
The use of oil lubricated bearings complete with Inpro/Seal bearing isolators minimises bearing maintenance. Inpro/Seal bearing isolators are made of high quality bearing bronze and are designed to offer positive protection against vapour transfer into the lube system, both at rest or under load.
The HH220i is available in diesel or electric drive with numerous options available for custom building to any specific application. Sykes HH220i can be pontoon mounted for locations where water levels vary widely. A pontoon will follow the surface of the water and ensure that the pump is at optimum pumping level at all times.
