Linemaster's HERCULES Heavy Duty Industrial Control Foot Switch, available from Switches Plus Components , is a cast metal enclosure with the sufficient weight to keep the switch from sliding when in operation. Hercules RF features 40 foot range of RF Transmission and 450 hours of battery life at 50% duty cycle, and is also weather resistant for harsh environments.
The foot switch is designed to work without wires while maintaining a heavy duty frame. It is the solution for multiple applications with up to 40 feet of range. The RF Hercules decreases the need to maneuver around and replace damaged cords. The long battery life makes the transition from wired to wireless easy.
In the Maintained Contact models the release is accomplished by pressing the latch with a forward movement of the toe. The release is placed under the Full Shield so falling objects cannot easily release it.
