Held every 4 years in Germany, the EMO Hannover show is a major global exhibition for cutting tools, and a meeting point for manufacturers, distributors and end users.
The latest show attracted over 2000 exhibitors from 41 different countries, confirming EMO’s international reputation as an unparalleled showcase for innovation. The show reported the highest visitor numbers for over a decade with over 140,000 visitors from more than 100 countries attending the show during the 6 days.
Sutton Tools’ third time at EMO Hannover was an opportunity to meet new and existing customers, launch new products and focus the attention of all on the company’s move into Europe as well as the development of their distribution network via a new central Europe warehouse in Tilburg, Holland.
Sutton Tools launched their Harmony Duo and Solid Carbide Black Magic drills featuring the new Balzers Helica coating. High quality video together with the use of various IT media showed Sutton’s complete grasp of the latest technology used to promote their growing range of tools.
The Sutton Tools’ stand attracted visitors from all over the world including Canada, USA, Brazil, Mexico, India, Thailand, Australia, the Middle East, Russia and of course, Europe. Visitors from Sweden, Holland, Portugal, Spain, Finland, France, Germany and Denmark received product literature prepared in their own languages, identifying a wide variety of tooling available from Sutton.
