This new company, Ebisu Sushi, was started by a husband and wife team with the unusual combination of an Italian husband and a Japanese wife. Interestingly, although the wife is a Japanese who travels occasionally to Japan, she decided to use Sushi Machines Pty Ltd as their supplier and set up consultant.
Ebisu has already been making sushi commercially for some time before they decided to embark on an expansion program to increase their volume and capture a wider sushi wholesale customer base in the South Western region of Western Australia.
