Sushi Machines Australia supplied their sushi machines to the international food service company, Delaware North when they decided to enter into sushi production on their own in May 2009.
As a supplier to Delaware North at the WACA (JAS Sushi), Sushi Machines was an obvious choice to assist them with their new venture.
Melvin Wee of Sushi Machines frequently dropped by Noriba Sushi located at Melbourne Domestic Airport whenever he visited Melbourne.
Recently, Melvin was on his way to Burnie, Tasmania and decided to re-visit Noriba.
Noriba Sushi had recently re-located their sushi machines from their back room kitchen to the open concept outlet, enabling sushi to be produced fresh for their customers more conveniently while their backroom with the Autec ASM760 rice mixer produced the shari (sushi rice).
While appreciating the constant improvements that Noriba Sushi has made to their range of sushi products, Sushi Machines is also pleased to note that the business is doing well.
