supplied a third Autec ASM860CE Maki robot to repeat customer Bowl of Rice when they opened their third sushi shop.
Sushi business Bowl of Rice opened their first outlet in Gisborne with an ASM860E Maki robot from Sushi Machine followed by a second ASM860CE Maki robot when they opened another shop in Taylors Hill.
Following an installation review at Bowl of Rice’s Keilor East branch in March 2012, owner Ivy ordered another Autec ASM860CE Maki robot. Ivy explains that they will continue to use the model as long as the machine performs well and the price is right. Being a 230V model, the Autec ASM860CE does not require any external transformer.
Sushi Machines owner Melvin Wee visited Bowl of Rice Taylors Hill in June 2012 together with the designer of the ASM860CE Maki robot, Design Engineer Takashi Hosogane from Japan. The visit by the designer of her favourite sushi machine delighted Ivy as she had the opportunity to discuss her thoughts about the machine. She was also impressed with the attention given to her and her sushi business.
