The newly launched Maki Maki Sushi in the busy Glen Waverley area of Melbourne, Victoria has engaged Sushi Machine
as their equipment supplier and staff trainer.
Staff at the Maki Maki Sushi Takeaway shop went through intensive training in the use of the Autec ASM860CE Maki Robot, Autec ASM720E Rice Mixer and Autec ASM405CE Rice Ball Makers. The 230V sushi machines do not require any external transformer.
Maki Maki is also the first business to receive sushi machines that are fully certified as OH&S and WHS compliant with SWMS.
Thanks to the training provided by Sushi Machine, the Maki Maki team was able to begin sushi production on the first day itself. Prior to the training, Melvin Wee, the owner and supplier of Sushi Machine provided free consultancy in the form of recipes and production methods.
Overall, the training and consultancy provided by Sushi Machine adds value to the investment made by Maki Maki Sushi in the new sushi machines. The company plans to invest in a few more sushi machines in the future.
